Cordless/Cell Phone Headsets

I have one of these earpiece + microphone things for this cordless phone I have. Unfortunately, it sucks, and no one can hear me when I use it. It sucks a lot for my cellphone too.

Can anybody recommend one of those good headsets that won't cost me an arm and a leg? I'm not on the phone very much, but I hate stopping what I'm doing to answer it and talk for ten minutes - ya know?

the nokia cell phone that I have came with a kick ass head/earbud type of handsfree set. just plugs in your ear, and there is a mic inline with the cord. this one worked great, and had good response
