Which brings me to another question. I ended my cycle two weeks ago and I can't sleep that much. Like I only get five hours of sleep even tho I feel like that's all I need. I used to be able to withdraw from the world on my days off and sleep all day, but now I can't do that anymore. Will I ever return to normal?
