I love that pic. Everytime I see it in his encyclopedia, I laugh. Arnold and the people of his era were the true champions, not the pregnant, half dead walking balloons of today. Ahhh to live in that time would be a lot of fun....

I saw that pic... It was 205lbs.

I have never seen him do 315lbs on inclines... Then again he was known for high reps and sets...

That is of course if they're 100lb plates as they appear. They might just be thick 45's of course.

But if they're 100's that's somewhere near a 900lb dead. You can count on one hand the dudes that have done that weight.

That looks like thick 45's, a 35 and a 25. Still, awesome pic. He was the best. It didn't get any better than those guys.
