Cooking with alcohol?

Anyone know if cooking/heating alcohol destroys all of its negative side-effects, including its effect of lowering testosterone levels?

Most of alcohol will evaporate (depending on how long it's heated) but not all

I use white whine to cook a lot of things and it works great.
