Converting Fina question

I put 10ml of BA in with 10,000mg of Fina pellets. I was going to make 100ml at 100mg. It has been a week and the pellets are still not fully broken down. I kind of realize now I would have been better off using two vials putting 5,000 in one and 5,000 in the other but is there anything I can do to save this batch? The pills are only about 2/3 broken down. I know the sludge is normal but I can still see 1/3 of the white pills. This is not nroal is it? Please help.

I am sure a little swirl and some heat will do the trick though..

I usually let mine sit a few days, apply heat once a day and then shake for a good 30 seconds or so. I've never had a problem with breakdown of the pellets when doing this.
