1mg of HGH is equal to 3IU. Suppose you have a vial of Saizen (or any brand) 8mg. In the USA, HGH amounts are expressed in mg's. The rest of the world expresses HGH amounts in IU. For uniformity, we convert the mg's to IU's by multiply the number of mg's by a factor of 3. So, our 8mg vial contains 24IU of HGH. Suppose we wish to inject 4IU each time we want to dose. One way is to add 6ml's of water to the 24IU vial. This gives us a concentration of 4IU/ml. You would then inject 1ml each time to get the required 4IU. Most use 29 gauge, 1/2", 1cc insulin syringes to inject the HGH. So, since you need 1cc (ml and cc are interchangable here), then you are good to go. Just fill the syringe up to the 1cc line.
