I got my Green bulge at CP for 29$
The guy hadda special combo White blood + Green Bulge for 55$
Well tomorrow i head back to the gym, after a month off due to Physical therapy...

Ok today was my first day back in the gym, after a month off,

Took 5 GB caps with 55oz of electrolyte water immediately, walked to the gym (From school) drank another 33oz water, and i have to actually admit, i didn't do alot of heavy weight, i started today with low weigh but with 3 sets of 15 on all,
Before it was 4 sets of 10, But this 3 sets of 15 seems easier.
I need to start slow/low etc, and then i'll go up. mostly the green bulge did more good of making me not sweat at all, which is odd... i did however feel a little bit more used to the weights on machines than usuall, before i couldn't get the motions right etc..

Well i'll get back, if there is a log session for Supps move this there.

I am in my second week of using Green Bulge by Controlled Labs. I was chosen as a tester for it, and it seems to be a nice boost in the gym. For now, I am giving it a thumbs up. As a note, I was completely creatine "clean" before doing it. Have done no creatine in many months prior to starting GB.
