You could say that you have heard about all the weird mail incidinces in the past mail, and you don't want to sign for something if you don't know what it is!!

jc21, domestic or international...it really doesn't matter, obviously international is riskier but it really depends on the country...countries like England and Canada are going to get less exposure than a package from Yugoslavia and Thailand.
Actually, in my opinion if a domestic package is seized(which is unlikely) you should be VERY worried...they are more likely to come after you because the drugs came from whithin the country..unlike international.
This applies mostly to sources...and if you've sold a guy a couple of vials of test at the gym..you're a source! 500-800 dollar order looks like a sources order to customs officials.
The big time guys know what to do:
Your home is your home...nothing that could link you to your gear activities should be in your home. Get a seperate place under someone else's name...a cheap shit shady place. All the gear/shipping material is stored there.
At least 2 mailboxes...one to receive funds and one to receive gear...believe it or not DO NOT USE A FAKE ID for the one that gets the gear...this has to be a your name...again...nothing suspicious...you were simply picking up a package and you don't know what it is.
Post from a cyber cafe...nothing from your home computer or work.
Don't slip into a routine...going to the same post offices...getting money sent to 1 box...
