Well guys, I WON!!!

I demolished my competition it was an across the board decision that I would have won. Again, this was just a small competition in my town nothing huge but it was a boost for me to take this to the next level now and really buckle down.

I will have pics posted for you guys in the next day or two.

Any of you guys have advice on how I can bulk now with maintaining somewhat of a low bodyfat?
