I have a Bench Compotion on this coming Saturday June 8th and I have a question for all you fellow lifters out there....My wieght class I am entering in is 181 and I maxed out the other day at 360 so I am going to go for 370....When I wake up in the mornings I am about 180 I want to make sure that I am below at least 3-4 pounds on the day of the comp so this is my plan....Mon-Thur Very low carbs, only drink water and moderate portien I am not eating anything past 7 o'clock and on Driday I am not eating or drinking anything...On Sat morning the wiegh in is at 8:30 so after I get wieghed in I will eat a high protein meal...I have never done a comp before so this is what a fellow wrestler told me what to do because that is how they cut wieght...I also have Novladex should I take that because I am on fina, winny, and Aratest and am retaining some water and want to be in best shape as possible...Any suggestion on diet and pre contest ideas...I could use some...Foods to eat, what to drink(is diet soda good)...what to eat before the comp? Help me out bros
