Throw it away and if you injected it in your body go to hospital and get antibiotics. An infection can go south in a hurry dont fuck around.

You will get an infection and or abscess you can run into problems if had it and then continued without seeing a Dr.
If is decent gear isnt much chance of it tho.

You dont until you get an abcess and start getting sick. If you didnt cause it from being unsanitary, then its the juice. Either way, know who your dealing with and find someone you can trust to buy from.
