constructive criticism please!!!

I'm 25 years old currently 242lbs about 16%bf this will be my 2nd cycle. First was 16 weeks of norma deca (400mgs wk)
Looking to put on some good size with out much bloat

My goal is 25lbs of good mass.I put on weight(fat) fairly easy so I will try to keep my diet as clean as possible. I know it is hard to put on that much weight with out consuming 4000+ calories a day but I'm going to try.

nolvadex just in case but I don't think I'm prone to gyno since I was on deca for 16 weeks and I have had no symptoms.

So what do you think? I can get my hands on I-dex but I think the arimadex(IP's) will do the trick.

Just my opinion, but I would try a cutting cycle first before putting on anymore weight at that bf%. I think a lot of guys here will agree with me and I know from personal exp. that its easier to add LBM when your bodyfat is lower and control the fat gain.

The cycle is great, just LOWER your cals and add some cardio and, voila, you have a cutting cycle.

you have about 40lbs of fat on you at 16%, 242. Try to cut that in half before you bulk and you will be much happier with the results.

Otherwise your bulking cycle is o.k., nothing sexy.

i would lean out a bit before doing another bulking phase, although you dont have to, if being that fat does not bother you then go ahead and bulk up more. i dont like to go over 10%BF myself, although i do have a fast metabolism

when its all said and done, if you do choose to lean out, go down to just below 10%, more if you can, that way you will have that much room to gain a bit of fat while maxing out your gains

I know it's stupid but I'm guessing my body fat percentage right now, i haven't had time to get it checked.
I defiantly don't have 40lbs of fat but I see what your saying.
I am a big boy by nature 6ft1in 52in chest 19in arms 8 1/2 in wrist
and I wear a size36 pant. I don't think those stats are so bad
 
Its funny that people dont want to go over 10 percent body fat when bulking thats probably why they will allways be small. Look at most of the pro's when they bulk they get fat.

Well thats what I was thinking!
I figured I would try to put on a good 25lbs or so then diet down.
Yeah some of the weight I will gain might be fat but im going to be 270lbs! And I have a frame to carry that weight.
 
First, IMHO, I wouldn't listen to these guys talking about leaning out before bulking. It's a fact that the more muscle you have, the more calories it takes to maintain them = higher metabolism = easier to lose fat w/o changing your diet.

So, if I were you I'd go ahead and add 25 lbs of lean muscle, then it will be easy to drop the pounds later.

Second, I would add some Fina to your cycle and maybe some winny. ..... you could drop the dbol if you don't want to be too hard on the liver. Fina will help you lean out while you bulk :D

Again, just MHO

I thought about fina but I figured id go with a basic newbie cycle before graduating to it.
