I am not cycling currently and just got back into bulking after a year of getting to 8is%BF.

However I totally forgot that my system cant take shakes! 3 different brands and they all do the same!!! about 30 mins after drinking, the stomach starts rumbling and the gas starts stinking and I have to run and shit like diareah!

WTF? They do this to anyone else?

Last cycle I was taking about 5 -7 shits a day! Had to wet the TP before wiping my arse was so raw!! HELP its on fire! :kaioken:
 
possible lactose intolarence (sp?)

get some generic lactose digestive aid and try again

like lactaid at walmart
 
yeah its either a lactose intolerance or an osmotic load from all the protein, I am not lactose intolerant but if I drink a large shake, head for the hills , cause its coming out, FAST. So if the Lactaid doesnt work just try to consume a smaller shake more frequently, I found this helps me.
 
I have the same problem with most protein powders, but have found through various trial and error that Cytosport's Muscle Milk is about the only one I can handle. (I assume because of the large concentration of fat per serving that slows down absobtion so much that my system can handle it.)
 
Just reading through an old post, and remembered the same thing happens to me with Protein Bars, has to do with the Sugar Alcohols in the form of Glycerine. I personally believe that the low carb stuff is evil if the Glycerine does this to me, but whats a man to do
