For the past six months my legs have been constantly sore. I squat three days a week doing the 5x5. It is to the point where I am losing strength because unable to go as heavy as I would like. I try to push through but almost feels as if something is going to pull. The pain is on the sides of my quads from the middle on up. I have tried taking a break for a couple of weeks but no good. I have started going deeper in my squats maybe that has something to do with it. Anyone else had this or give any info.
