Hey there guys and gals new to Elite Fitness, but not to fitness. I have been involved in weight training since 16 yrs old, practiced martial arts(Ketsu-Kai) for about 7 yrs and have always been I guess big boned, 6'1" 245 19" Biceps, current BF% 22 Just started a strict diet of 6 measured meals a day totaling 245g protein per day. Training moderate weight 6 days a week with cardio 20min before each 90 min work out, I am looking to drop BF% to around 15 while acheiving this I would like to increase my lean mass by 7-10% I feel confident that I can acheive this without AAS but at 39yrs old even with diet and training down to a science I am still craving that extra edge that kicked in feeling of extra strength that my body at 39 is slightly lacking, I would love to here from any and all on their first cycles and what they liked or disliked about the choice of AAS used in hope to possibly start my first cycle soon.
