considering first cycle...advice

I am five foot nine and weigh 175. Am not afraid of needles and have always dreamed of breaking 200 pounds. I am 25 years old. What would you advise on a first cycle.

How are your eating habits? training? The reason being is that if your not eating enough, could be one of your problems..one thing i have learned on here is that merley saying your going to do a cycle and not understanding how to eat properly could put a strain on your dreams my freind...
 
1st cycle I would do 250 or 500mg of test a week. I think 250mg a week is enough for your 1st cycle.

I eat six times a day.
at 8:30 four eggs two toast for breakfast
at 11:00 am one bowl of oatmeal
at 1:00 lunch...usually steak or chicken
at 3:00 one bowl of oatmeal
at 6:00 meat and patatoes or rice
at 11:00pm quick sandwich

I think you need to work on your diet there bro...just oatmeal at certain points??? good base but where is your protien?? actually your diet needs some "tweeking"

breakfast four eggs two toast
11:00 bowl of oatmeal
1:00 chicken or steak with rolls
3:00 bowl of oatmeal
6:00 meat and patatoes or rolls or rice
11:00pm quick sandwich or protein shake

I am sure my appetite will increase on a cycle thus my meal quanity will increase.

I agree with swordfish here. You're barely getting 2500 calories per day. You can use all the juice in the world and you aren't going to hit 200lbs unless you rethink this diet.

When you do decide to hit the sauce, 500mg/wk of test for 10-12 weeks. But honestly bro, don't waste your money until you get your diet in order.

Also, don't try and change it overnight. That can cause some serious discomfort to your digestive system. Ramp up the calories so your body can adjust to them.

problem is my appetite will only allow me to eat so much
when am on a cycle sure my appetite will increase

That statment of your "appetite" increasing when your on a cycle is not necessarily true bro..i know guys on here that "force" calories down and they are "ON" cycles...so you may want to re-think your strategy

sometimes you will have to force yourself to eat you wont be hungry but you need the nutrients for muscle growth
i agree with everyone else ,your diet needs tweeking
i suggest you spend some time on the diet forums and get your diet down pat and then hit the sauce hard
just my 2 cents
