i am considering doing my first cycle. I just wanted some advice on a good first cycle. I have been working out for about 3 years and got strong for being completly natural.
bench=350
squat=500
deadlift=800
I weigh 298 and have a lot of fat. My goal is 250 and cut up a little
i have been reading post for a while but i havent come across a simalar situation. I know wieghing 298 with all this fat makes me pron to gyno. or so im told. so a post cycle would be very helpful too. any help would be greatly appriciated
