Sup fellas!
As my subject line implies, I'm considering my first cycle. I've been lifting for about 4 years now, consistently for the past 2 years. Made some good gains in strength and size.
In the past 6 months I've come to realize the extreme importance of bulking and cutting separately, of good form, and of heavy, freeweight, compound movements. For me, these seem to be the keys to the world of BBing.
I cut up this summer and I'm currently 170 lbs at 5'8", bf ~ 8-9%.
Regardless of whether or not I decide to do a small AS cycle this winter, I will be eating like a mofo and lifting heavy weights for low reps, basically bulking for 12 weeks. I have never really made a concerted effort to bulk before. I'm hoping to put on at least 10 lbs of solid muscle, which you're going to tell me will be impossible without the AS.
I was considering a small Deca/Winny cycle, or shit, maybe just Deca as I've never juiced before.
I've found some "first cycle posts" and read them, and there's some differing opinions to say in the least. But most seem to agree that some Deca will do a newbie just fine if used correctly.
Anyway, should I just bulk naturally (lots o' food, protein, heavy workouts, SLEEP) this winter and wait until next year to dip into the juice? Access is not a problem; I live near TJ.
Or should I say fuck it and apply the knowledge I've gained on this board and from others and do a small AS cycle?
Opinions? Right now I'm shooting for the ripped athlete type of look, like Tito's.
