i was reading an article about getting good fats in your diet while cutting and i've always gotten my fats from eggs and red meat. the article said that it wouldnt hurt to take a tablespoon of conola oil in the morning and afternoon. i know thats gotta be pretty nasty but what the hell, if it works. what do you guys think. im not gonna be cutting for a while but thought i would throw this out there.
