I don't know why this quote comes to mind. I'm not religious at all, but I am spiritual. When I think of Bfold the only words that come to mind are:
GENTLE GIANT.
He is one of the kindest, most genuine, most thoughtful people that I have ever known. He COULD EASILY squash most like an insect. Yet he doesn't use his strength to hurt but only to encourage, guide and inspire, sometimes with his thoughtful words and deeds BUT MOSTLY BY EXAMPLE. For many it is so easy to speak kind words. And a few kind words can help to lift the weight of the world off of an individual during life's all too frequent moments of despair. But it is extremely rare when those kind words are actually backed by ACTION.
He is one of the strongest men in the US, someday he will be recognized as one of the strongest men IN THE WORLD.... Of course, a pro card or any of the future titles he captures will have little to do with the true measure of CLINT'S strength. THE BEAUTY OF THIS IRONY?.....HE KNOWS AND LIVES THIS. He is truly a humble man, TRULY UNSELFISH and WITHOUT CONCEIT. I am 100% certain that he went to this competition wanting to win not because he had a need to realize any personal goal, but because he was driven by the desire to do his best simply because so many believed in him. He probably felt that he couldn't let us down.... I just shake my head and smile when I KNOW this in my heart.
I hope you realize Clint, that you COULD NEVER BE anything less than truly remarkable. And that isn't because of the strength of your body. It is because of the strength of your heart, character and your sheer will. Some will understand and recognize this. Many will not and that is truly a tragic loss to them. But that is THEIR FAILURE - NOT YOURS.
A simple man from simple surroundings who is stronger and richer than most that walk the earth. The size of his arms, the size of his bank account has zero to do with this fact. BOTH are insignificant details.
Whatever energy you send out will be returned unto you threefold. Clint if positive energy comes towards you a THOUSAND-FOLD, I don't think that the universe will BEGIN to repay its debt to you...

Clint, it's because of people like you that I am NOISY YEAR ROUND!!! (Can you hear me laughing now?!)
Still have that little card. It sits by that silly bear in the ridiculous reindeer outfit. Just wanted you to know that when things get a little tough, I try hard to remember the words because someone like YOU took the time to try and lift me up when I was at my lowest.
We all seem to have no lack of those that "love us" when we seem to have it all... those that truly love us back us, hold our hand, catch us if we fall, dust us off, pat us on the behind and tell us, "Go get 'em - WE KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!" They do not abandon us when we need them most. THEY ARE PRESENT WHEN LIFE DELIVERS CRUSHING BLOWS.
My only hope is that someday I can make you 1/2 as proud of me as we all are of YOU!
