Confused, is this pct suffecient?

Good evening all, i am currently on a 10 week course, sus 250 (1ml) and deca durabolin 200 mgs, on hand for my pct i have got, 10,000 ius of HCG (pregnyl) and 3 boxes of Nolvadex (20x20mg) i was planning on doing
week 1..... HCG 1000iu mon wed fri Nolvadex at 20mg/day
week 2..... Nolvadex at 20mg/day through to week 5 or 6
Any help with the doses or wether i need to introduce clomid?

Wouldnt the hcg increase my test levels beyond normal? and then jus stopping the nolvadex and hcg at the same time cause my test levels to decrease below normal?? just wanting to reassure myself im doing this properly, i dont mean to doubt your knowledge, thanks in advance, average

Run it:
week 1-3..... HCG 1000iu mon wed fri (for a total of 9000iu)
week 1-5..... Nolva 20mg ED (or 1-2 pumps AIFM ED)

The Nolva post HCG will assist with estro rebound and recovery.
