I posted this same thing about 1month ago , okay when i posted last time i mentioned a certain weight today for the hell of it i measured again....SAME WEIGHT....so i think that even though i dropped cals possibly gained muscled? from all that protein eating about 300 a day...........But than again i can be wrong cause i measured my weight after my lifting/small cardio session and preworkout i had a meal and during workout i drank alot of water.............But whaeva the case is,if i am at the same weight and starting to notice more definition,when i look in the mirror i notice lower 4abs are showing,except top 2,but i guess maybe 3more weeks of dieting will get me there...............i am also gonna increase on some RED MEAT once a week
I AM HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woooho
