Confused about how to start using creatine.

Hey everyone, I bought some CRE-X12 Deluxe creatine by PVL.
Anyways it says mix 1-2 scoops (50-100g) with 250-500ml (1-2 cups) of water...

How do I load this creatine?
I've heard about people talking bout 5 grams per day, how do i do this?

People will tell you different things. Some people preload (take 20-25 grams of creatine a day for 5 days straight). After that the'll take anywhere from 5-10 grams (5g before and 5g after workout). Some people skip the preload and just do 5-10 a day. Stay on it for 2 months then cycle it off for one month. Rinse and repeat.
 
You may want to do 15-20grams a day for about a week. Make sure you drink A LOT of water or you probably will cramp up. After the first week you can try 5 grams a day. I usually would take the 5 grams after my workout.
