4 years since my last cycle (I know it has been a long time)
Gym work is 5 days a week mostly heavy movements, i.e. deads, squats, power snatch, cleans, etc.
2 days a week active recovery
3000 cals. a day. Im not a very big guy so i don't feel I need to eat a whole ton. I stick to "whole foods" for meals. Include leafy greens and another green veggie with nearly all meals. I drink a lot of whole organic milk. Two to three gallons a week. I am not worried about saturated fat. Cheat meals are a rarity for me, though I do not plan for them. I will satisfy a craving randomly.
This will be my 2nd cycle ever. First cycle was Test and EQ. I kept it short and sweet at 14 weeks, I was a bit nervous with the dosages. PCT consisted of.. well I was young and did not know what I was doing.
I consider myself predisposed to gyno problems and take prevention very serious.
So my question is what should I run during my cycle and after to make sure I don't screw myself. There is so much conflicting info I am more confused now then when I started researching.
16 weeks
Test e 400 mg weekly 1-12
EQ 200 mg weekly 1 - 16
Dbol 30 mg daily 1 -4
HCGenerate max dose 1-16
Possible PCT
hcg and/or HMG
Aromasin
Arimedex
I have read unsettling things about clomid and nova so I was going to take a combination of the above and a couple of things from NTBM cycle support.
Should I start the hcg and/or HMG a week after the last injection of Test?
I was using this thread as a reference ( http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/anabolic-steroids/very-best-pct-2010-right-here-712121.html )but I am still unclear as to exactly when to start and how long to continue PCT
Comments, questions, advice?
