Mine is scaring me right now.


It is tools. Spent $700 last week. $200 this week...already.

I average about $200/mt on tools. I just fuggin love tools.

Are there laws against excessive tool possession? Congress may be looking into this.

Thing is....I'm a photographer and aquarium honcho.
 
Photography "tools" are an expensive addiction. I feel your pain.

That reminds me to go to Lowes tomorrow. I think if I go again this month they will give me a cot at the store.
 
These ain't for my cameras.

I bought a Makita auto feeder screw gun this evening.

I'm gonna time travel and screw the doors shut on somebodies home.

I could have used that today. My drill went to shit on me today while building my last garden bed.

I understand. A trip to Lowes for one thing turns into a multi-hour odessey for me everytime.

no not at all. there's tons of tools here
 
When you start eyeing CNC's then you might have a problem. I have some family members who have in excess of $30,000 in tools. Good tools like snap-on/MAC and the like.

"L" glass is an expensive addiction.

And home decor buying sprees leave me lifeless for days.
 
I love coffee.. But I dont spend nearly as much on it as others...I know some one who can spend about 100-150 a week in dunkin donuts! That is just too much. I spend about 2-5 a day on coffee..sometimes I dont even get one if I brew my own.
 
Do you even use/know how to use them?


I have bought a few tools recently, but I use them almost every weekend. DeWalt is by far my favorite brand.

You ever try to quit after having a caffeine addiction? The fucking headaches are horrible.
 
I buy tools all day with an unlimited budget......I would rather being buying shoes, which is my addiction.
 
I love tools too.


My expensive addiction used to be expensive makeup -- $26 lipsticks from Chanel, Armani and Prada perfume, etc. I haven't bought any in a year though. :bawling: When I'm back on my feet and have money socked away for my son then I will resume with a few splurges here and there.

Serious, you would be more than welcome. My crew is awesome to sail with: dentist, baby doc, accountant , Chemical engineer ,RN and a car salesman.

I see those guys in Lake Ontario every day all day off the balcony of my condo.
I'm 3 blocks from the water almost 20 floors up :)

Gotta love those loud ass fuggin race boats too though :(

I dont even want to try to stop. If I go the day without a coffee I end up feeling like shit. I cannot imagine stopping all together.

I think I'm over $30,000 by now. I was a custom cabinet maker for a while.

My brother just bought one of those, I'm not even sure what the fuck it does, looks like a giant printer to me. I think he mentioned it was something like $75,000.

I want to be a cabinet maker when I retire from the life of a rock cock.

Those tools can be damn expensive.

Puddle- That's awesome, must be a small one though. Last one I was around was $750,000 high speed stainless steel CNC.
