you know what though? My layout skillz are okay, but i was looking at templates anyway, because some of them are really hot. The problem is though- i can edit them well enough to include or not include what I want, take their existing jpgs and rework them, etc... but then the linked pages all look exactly like the index page, whether I want them to or not.
I'm a graphic designer, not a farking programmer.

I think you misunderstood me, or I never explained myself clearly enough.
There are code templates which are merely CSS frameworks for different layouts. There are no images...etc....
Something like this... CSS Templates, Free CSS Website Templates, SSI-Developer.net
Dreamweaver has it's own CSS templates built in as well. The code sucks, but it works.

that's great. i love the look of some of the templates, but anything past the index page is a bitch. and even then, working with graphics that are cut up into pieces is a little difficult...
