Where to begin..I had a total diet failure today
I woke up had an healthy breakfast 2 serving of oatmeals with 2% milk, but from that point on it went straight downhill.
For lunch I had a shit load of chocolate cookies mabye 10-15. Couple of bags of chips, then some more cookies. To top that off, I drank 4-6 Amsterdam beer.
Dinner is comming up soon...a can of tuna & rice or some more shitty food?
