Anthrax I know what city you live in average condo fee downtown is $250-1000.

Everybody say it's the right time to buy but when you add those (hidden) costs it may not be such a good idea (and the apartments for rent are getting cheaper due to a lot of available apartments)

Condo market in TO is going to bust in another few years I would wait I know I am.
