Conditioning

yes... i think AS helps alot, last year when i was natural and bulked, i gained 30 lbs in 2 months.... ya a lot of fat. I am eating more on cycle and I am not gaining any fat. but if u are talking about cardio and that type of conditioning,. ya u can go some of it. i am just not :)

im not sure i agree with the whole body fat argument...power lifters and not everyone has the goal of looking great....if you goal is strenght and you training is tight and not eating like a slob...go for it as long as you know what your doing...

20 mins 3 x a week moderate before or after a weights workout should be enough, cant become a bloated butterball when your bulking imo.. getting winded climbing a flight of stairs is unattractive

Well, I'm only saying becuase my trainers having me bulking up big time! I'm already up to 210lbs. Just 2 weeks ago I was 190. I'm much stronger. But my trainers want me to do so much in 1 hour. And I find myself so out of breath with every thing that I do. And especially after a set. They told me that I need to be condidtioned. More muscle also requires more oxygen. And also a stronger heart. That is why i am always out of breath. So now they want me to do cardio for at least 30 minutes 3X a week.

But I just fear hindering my muscle gains doing cardio. I have never done cardio EVER! Not even for cutting cycles. Now I'm going to do it for a bulking??? What if I lose muscle? Or what if I don't gain enough muscle?

I have never been out of breath. I'm not much of a physical person to begin with. And when i do my own bulkers...I go hard and heavy. But these trainers are making me go hard, heavy and fucking quick!

I would wait until you are more conditioned in terms of endurance. Once you have more endurance and are able to work out harder, then you can consider gear . See, if you don't have the endurance to do a productive muscle building workout, then gear will be useless. I would workout naturally as musch as I can before considering gear. Another thing to consider is if you are not conditioned, is your health ok? How is your BP, cholesterol? Those are important things to keep in mind before using something.

lol...have you seen what carth looks like??!!! Plus carth is beyond the "workout natty then consider gear" pep talk...

What's your total program look like (in general) bodypart stucture weight training days schedule?
How many days weights?
When is cardio done?
It can effect muscle gains if it takes away from recoup dietary supplement and other adjustments can help.
generally I do cardio year round on off training days for cardio (conditioning) heart and recoup as well as it will help keep the appetite up and metabolism racing-as long as it's not tooo catabolic.
From ths pics I have seen of you you are lean so the cardio should be pretty mild...not the catabolic fat burning kind.
PEACE

My trainers just want me to do cardio 30minutes 3x a week. But maintain the appropiate heart rate so that I do not burn muscle. Only fat. And of course make my heart stronger.

30 min. 3X a wk. would be fine for you bro. I believe it will help you more than hurt. I would think the gear you're on will keep you from going in a catabolic state w/ no more cardio than you're talking.

The cardio can only help you out in the long run - remember you have to carry around this extra weight for the rest of your life and cardio helps your lipid profile as well as assisting your body better utilize oxygen.

That is what my trainers said to me.

I agree plus the more oxygen capacity you have the better your recovery should be. What's the worst that can happen if your progress slows down or is hindered by the cardio you can dump it.

Exactly what I was thinking! Not a bad intention by the poster, just uninformed about the Carth!
