Ive been doing some conditioning work, consistantly, for about 2 weeks. I was expecting to frop a few pounds, but instead I gained some weight. I really wanted to get down to 200. I weigh 220 now. I have never weighed this much and have good cardio at the same time. Everyone keeps telling me how big I have gotten, and that makes me want to be more bigger and powerful. I dont think my genitic limit has been reached cause 2 yrs ago I was a measly 165 lbs.
