Thanks fellas Major props to Oak for posting them.. Here is the scoop!!!

I start my 20 week diet on Jan 1st. I plan on competing in may, june, and again October.

My stats are:
6 foot
270#
age 21

Just got off a heavy cycle, now I will give myself a break for 6 weeks or so and see how shreeded I can get!!!!!

I know these pics kinda such due to camera but any thing you can see that I need to work on please let me know!!! The day of the pics I had worked bis and did a shot in each peak so It was hard for me to get a full flex on them.lol

Thanks fellas... I def plan on doing alot of stiff leg deads towards my contest do bring out thoes hams.

Needsize, Quad, and suggestions from what you can see???

not much in the way of suggestions, you've got mass and are giving yourself lots of time to diet. The biggest thing I would say would be make sure you get a good coach for posing, i didnt put the effort into it that I should have and i think thats why I landed second
 
great work brotha...id be careful about cutting so soon after a serious bulking cycle, especialy if ur doing it naturally

Looking big bro............

Like everyone else said...........bring those wheels up.......not just the hams.........but the qauds and calves too...............your upperbody is overpowering your legs a lot................

#1 tip in bodybuilding................when someone looks at you they shouldn't know where to look first................:)

Oh and like Needsize said...........find a posing coach..........I've seen mediocre guys win...because they nailed the posing.....
 
Aren't you the guy who thinks Arnold and company were small and looked like fitness models? If so you need to stop talking that smack.
 
I never said they looked liked fitness models I said that they did not have the size to compete with todays pros!!! Big diffrence!!
