Concerned about lower back pain

I am currently on a pretty tame cycle of 300mg deca per week and 50mg winnie ed. I am in week 6 of a 12 weeker. In the last week or so I am getting a steady pain in my lower back. I'm not sure if it's coming from my kidneys or if it's just a deep muscular ache. The location of the pain is the bottom of my back toward the outside (about 6 inches outside my spine on both sides. With this light a cycle I can't imagine what it could be. Anyone else have the same problem? I will see a Dr if it persists but let me know if you've experienced the same.

iorals have ben known to cause lower back pumps..is it an ache or do you think you did something to it? the reason i ask is because most people like that sore feeling in their biceps and chest..well after squatting or deads your lower back will be sore as well..some when they feel that think they have done something bad..my lower back is always sore after squats and deads if i injured it i would be able to tell the difference..

exactly!

It's different than that "good" sore feeling you get when you blast a muscle. I am not taking orals so I'm not sure what it could be. But it is a constant ache like someone punched me in the kidneys. It does feel like the lower back pumps I've had while on dbol but I'm not taking dbol at this time. I have never had this problem with deca or winnie before (especially at such low doses)

You might want to see a doc. A few years back I started to notice some pain in my lower back. I had been lifting for a while, so I decided to see a doc. I found out that I was born with some defects in my back. They aren't extremely dangerous, but now that I know I have them I have built up my lower back srtrength and overall trunk strength to support my back, and ensure I don't mess it up. Then again you might have tweeked it going a little to heavy one day. I do that too sometimes.

I have the same thing while "on" and "off". It gets so bad that after I do my last rep of deads or squats I can not breathe. Its like the pain is so intense I can not breathe. Its a sharp pain, but yet deep. It usually goes away after a few minutes after the excercise. Because of this I have to do deads as my last excercise of a back workout, and squats is the only heavy leg excercise I can do for that day, Ill do leg extensions and leg curls also but its not the same. I will throw in some one legged presses sometimes since I cant go as heavy with one leg.

If you don't think ot is muxcle soreness, then try drinking a lot more water. I had low back pains (dull but noticable) and it did not feel like sore muscles, I tried to up my water intake and it went away almost instantly.
