Concerned about health

I wasn't sure whether to put this thread in the medical issues board or this one. Because of my uncertainty I put it in both. Anyway, I've recently grown concerned about my health. A concern that primarily stems from my use of gear. I wonder what it's doing to my insides. I'm not excessive with my use but still... My muscles are in excellent physical condition but what about the rest? My greatest fear is that of an anurism (sp) or stroke. That's why I recently took to drinking a gallon or more of water per day. I'm also going to start doing cardio. Probably about 3x/wk at 20 min per session. I wonder about what else I can do to increase the level of my over all general health. Anybody have any ideas or comments?

With this thread I'm mostly sending out a becon in an attempt to get any helpful responses or words of wisdom. Any info/advice is much appreciated. Cheers.

This is not the place for that bro....you need professional advice if you are worried about strokes or anurisms....I would not put that in the hands of individuals who are not trained for something that serious........
 
The best thing you can do is to constantly monitor your health (get blood test, monitor BP, etc.). That way, if something should start to go wrong you'll know about it and can get an early jump on it.
 
get a bp monitor. I did and i monitor myself daily. For the most part my bp is average to low high (136/80) and I've seen it anywhere from 124/64 to 114/55. Keep that incheck, take your vites, drink lots of water, and you should be fine, but if you are this concerned about it, maybe you shouldn't be doing gear.
 
I think my greatest problem is that I'm an inherently paranoid person. When it comes to health, I'm always going to assume the worst. I don't want to stop doing gear, I'd just like to have the peace of mind.
 
just get regular liver and blood tests, check your monitor, throw in some omega 3 fatty acids (2-3 grams per day), drink water , workout hard , give me karma, and enjoy life :)
 
Just Think Of It This Way, Steroids Are Not Harming You Anymore Than Going Outside And Breathing The Poison We Call Air Nowdays Or Breathing Someones Smoke, Or Eating Fast Food Or Even Resturant Food For That Matter, Everything Is Gonna Kill You So You Might As Well Look Good And Vascular When Ya Go, Just My Opinion Though

I know dude...the same people who are attacking steroid usage....smoke like 2 packs of cigarettes a day :rolleyes: get real!
