CONCERN AFTER m1t CYCLE HELP!

I took Gaspari M1T, 5Mgs/per day for about a maximum of 6 weeks. Afterwards I took nothing. No anti-estrogens or even Milk Thistle. This was 6 months ago. Since then I havent taken anything but I am really worried about the damaging effects I may have caused. What should I do. I am 21

Should I take an anti-estrogen now? Get blood work done (if so, liver and test level?)? Take Milk Thistle?

It's too late now. All your values should be back to normal after 6 months. Did you lose any gains when you came off?

5mg is nothing. everything SHOULD be fine

stay away from the prohormones. you are too young.

heavy squats and creatine will be all you'll need for a while.
