concered about my nips

dont know it is gyno, no hard lump under there when i push down, just little sensitive at times, but seems to have little fat and water around the nips that deposited there when i took two months off gear and training due to injury, seems to be goin away now slowly now that im on and working out again, is it just bit of estro fat
