Computer Software to Log our Measurements & Strength?

Like one that graphs things out so you can see the progress besides what is in the mirror?

use a program like excel to do the data entry then make plots vs. time. Can be kind of tricky to do but will give you a nice flow chart of what you are looking for. Same as a financial gains chart or chemical drift write up.

hmmm, im not sure but it think there is a program like that for the palm pilot.
