For the techies....
The number of pxiel rows the monitor has to scan indirectly limits the maximum possible screen resolution by constraining the monitor refresh rate.
The larger the number of pixel rows the monitor has to scan, the slower the refresh rate.
Since the monitor refresh rate cannot be too slow, the screen resolution, or the number of pixel rows the monitor has to scan cannot be too large.
Is this right??
