Computer Question, annoying porn pop up appears when i turn it on

Whenever I turn on my computer now, explorer opens with this porn site on it. I didn't change the settings for it to do this. My homepage is set on a different site which it is still set to. I can't figure out how to get rid of this fawking thing, or even how it got on there in the first place. Whenever I turn on the computer it automatically pops itself up on the screen and it's pissing me off. If anybody knows what this is or knows how to get rid of it I appreciate the help.

type in msconfig .
go to start->run>msconfig
then select the startup tab. and look and see what u can turn off. if your not sure what to turn off, ask first

By the way there is alot of other stuff that is clicked in there which looks useless and is probably slowing down my computer, is it safe to unclick the stuff that it looks like I don't need?
