computer people are idiots

so we are trying to connect my office computers to another office downstairs. we had some guy run the cables a few days ago. and then we had our computer guy set up the networks. long story short. the cable guy had to come here three times cause the computer guy is a moron (as is most IT people) saying that the reason both offices cant see each other is because there is something wrong with the cables. today we finally got the computer guy (lasy mother fucker as most IT people are) to call the cable guy since both offices still couldnt see each other. what was the problem? the computer guy connected everything at the bottom office but not the top office i've yet to meet an IT person who doesnt fuck up 70% of the time
