I have updated my virus defs and run a scan but I still think there is a problem I can not log into either msn or aim now.

Says sign in failed it also runs slow and stuff to retype in my username and password on it very slow.

qt, install adaware. get it from www.download.com then run it.

also, clean your harddrive.
start-programs-accessories-system tools-disk cleanup.

the thing is with this sort of things, there are so many things that can be wrong that is normally useless to try and remote-support it. Think about it: Shared DLLS, dependencies, corrupted files, the list is endless
