Computer nerds- help me!

I am typing a long ass paper and the left side of my damn keyboard is not pushing down smoothly enough. Can Ijust take the damn thing off and snap it back on or what?

Good thing it's not a palm-pilot either, or esle the screen wouldn't be visible.

Keys pop off easy and pop back up. If it was just a key or 2 I'd pop then off and see it that fixed it. But the whole left side of the keyboard??? Get another. There are less than $10.
