i checked my computer properties, and it says i only have 13% free. everything is so slow. how can i fix this?

You also probably have too much stuff running the the background too. If you ran MSconfig you'd probably see that you have way more processes starting up at start up then you need.

how do you run msconfig?

start--> run

type msconfig

Enter

Click StartUP tab

Uncheck programs you dont want to start in beginning

don't fuck around if you dont know what you are doing

or ill drop some deadlifts on your toes

Yeah, after you do that MSCONFIG....and you restart, you'll get this box that pops up warning you that you just modified the "Startup" options. Just check the box at the bottom left hand corner that says "Do not show this message again", the click "OK".
Nothing to be worried about, it is just a pain in the but to have that thing pop up all the time.
