You have no idea of all those paranoids out there.... I work in tech support as well so I've had my fair share of nuts.... we have a remote service in which I can connect to customer's computers and move the miuse/keyboard, but at any point they can cut us off, take over, stop the session, etc some of them get REALLY crazy when asked if they want to use it....

i guess its a virus and it freaking my buddy out one day.
