Computer guys... I've a problem and need help

Ok fellas, here's the short version of it:

I initially got a virus named Trojan.Backdoor.small.6.A and my system wont let me manually move it, i've tried following some steps from a website, but its still showing on my anti-virus. I then tried to restore my system and it wont let me. Now, ive got two more similar ones, Trojan horse Dialer.17.E and Trojan horse Dialer.17.H

What do I do, im lost.....K for any input.....thanks fellas!

I just finished dealing with the exact same problem you're having.

It's not gonna be easy to fix, lol I worked on mine for over 10 hours before I got it

Lucky for you I can guide you in the right direction where as I was clueless at first



There is a forum I found that you can use to help you. Create an account there.


The steps to take will be:


1) Download a program called Hijack This. You will be using this to get input from the smart guys at the forum.

After you have done all the steps run hijack this and post the log in the "post your hijack logs here" forum.

It might take them a couple days to help you. If you don't get a response I suggest bumping it once per day. Don't be annoying though because these guys are taking their own time to help.


Also, the reason you can't remove the viruses is because you have to remove the file associated with the virus. These guys can find the exact specific file and then have you boot into safe mode and delete it.

Also, after you have it fixed and stuff I'm sure you're going to want to prevent it
from happening again. I think I have a good system set-up now that will prevent most anything. Let me know and I'll let you know
