What the deal with all these US compounding pharmacy's that are all over that make gear?

wtf newb??? i don't know what world you live in or where your head has been lately, but there isn't a ton of "anyone" making gear in the US...however, there are legit pharma companies that do and UG's (very limited now) but their definitely not "all over"
