any suggestions? Whole Wheat Bread? alot people dont eat this while dieting to loose fat (YES FAT not get shredded and cut up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Oatmeal is a great slow burning carb. If you do end up having bread stick with pumpernickel, rye, or sourdough, then tend to have the lowest GI ratings and can sustain energy for longer periods of time. Hope that helped!

Why do you want to lose fat without getting cut?? Is it because your quack told you to for health reasons????
It really doesn't matter. Your fat loss will be easier if you eliminate ALL processed carbs (including most wheat products) and keep your protein intake high.
