HEy bro's I have been using this stuff called IGF-1 it's exactly like cell tech it even has 2 more grams of creatine It works soooo damn good. Except it is a fraction of the cost. I think it's about 40$ and also as far as protein check out www.dpsnutrition.com the 10 lb optimum whey is the best. Or for those of you who like nitro t. there is the exact same stuff as that called Nitro Whey by precision nutrition. Just thought i would post this to save you all some money supps are expensive.
