It was march 20. I competed in it. It was a horribly promoted and ran.

It has been going on for a long time. Apparenty it is being handled by new people. It is called the American Classic. Maybe that will help you find info about it. I think the t-shirt said something like 20th annual maybe? I'll check when I get home.
Yea, I thought you competed there. We are from the same area. I'm competeing in the southern saturday. I was trying to figure out what shows are in our area between the dates of the birmingham show and the Southern Classic. The birmingham is a little to soon in the year for me and the southern is just a little late. This is gonna be my first competition.

If you are a MS resident, you can compete in the state championship on July 24. I haven't decided it I'm gonna do that one or not yet. I may. There is one in Vicksburg called the River City Classic too. What weight class are you? I'd go watch, but I'm going out of town. I have some bro's competing Saturday though. For some shows jr. middle cuts off at 176 1/4 lbs, the MS State Championships is the only one that I know for sure goes to 187. If you're that close though, there no way you won't get to 187. Good luck maing. Have you checked out npcnewsonline.com to see about other shows? I'm not gonna compete next year. I'll be busy becoming a light heavyweight. The year after that, it's on though.

Have now fear bro, once you join the NPC, you'll get flyers for every NPC show within 500 miles of you.
