Competition Federations

Hey fellas,

I was wondering what the best federation for drug tested shows are ....i used for about a year so I cant do any of the lifetime drug free ones, and I think doin NPC without them would be pretty tough....any suggestions?

Muscle mania is the only organization I know of that has only a one year drug free requirement. Most of the big drug free organizations require a minimum of 7 years drug free. You could still try and compete in one of those organizations but if they have a polygraph test, it'll be pretty hard to pass.

The best thing you can do is Google "drug free bodybuilding competition + your location" and see what comes up. Email the promoter and ask what the rules and regulations are for how long you have to be drug free in order to compete
