Comments on this cycle plz!!

Good day to you all!. Just coming back off 3 month lay-off to find my b/f is @18% ( oh dear!), 5f 4in and 76k. I'm intending this to be purely a cutting cycle, diet is going to be a TKD. Keto diets always work best for me. Cardio going to start off at 20 mins 3 times p/w, increasing every week till I'm up to 45-60mins 4-5 times p/w and to include am cardio. Clen & ECA to be cycled throughout with plenty a milk thistle. Clen, Creatine, Tribulus etc. post cycle. This is my 3rd cycle & I know it's not perfect, maybe a little harsh even. My liver could probably do without the D-bol weeks 10-13 but the doses aren't that high and I want to preserve muscle whilst on T3/DNP. Not going to start this till I'm at least 4 weeks back into training, main goal is to drop that god damn fat.
So any comments or anything you'd change fire away. Don't be scared of hurting my feelings, just don't call me a fat fuck!!

If it is cutting you are looking for, then drop the dbol. It is a great jump start to a bulking cycle, but when trying to cut, it will have you retaining water big time. Also, I would extend the winny to week 12 then start your clomid theropy right after that.

drop the dbol, the possible test-est conversion could really slow down your fat loss. No need to run T3 with dnp, actually it may do more harm then good. You might lose muscle.

after almost a gram of gear in you for 12+ weeks i would run clomid for 3 weeks instead of two.

and cant help but say that his does not look like a cut cycle; Your substance choice is could easily aromitize. why not run fina? I hope you have arimidex or aromasin.

Drop the TKD during dnp, its not the best way to lose fat on it. You may also want to look into running it post cycle with clomid.

This doesn't look like pure cutting cycle to me. Why are you using D-bol and so much Test? It also looks pretty complicated with too many drugs and very harsh for your experience. It looks more like a strong bulking cycle followed by some cutting drugs without giving a break to your body.

Personally, I am against using roids to get cut. If you want to get rid of fat, just eat right, do some cardio and then, as an AID use some drugs, ECA, Clen, ALA, etc. DNP is just not worth it (IMHO)

If you want to add some mass without getting fat then plan a normal cycle, Test, Primo, Ox, Eq. You could use some D-bol to jump start for the first 4 weeks. Watch your diet and you'll be fine. I'd recommend that you stay away from such exotic cycles like you planned.
 
well i dont see any reason not to use dbol in a cutting cycle since i have done it succsessfully many times. but i wouldnt run dbol alone at the end....throw in some prop or suspension for weeks 10-13. jmo

One reason why I threw some Dbol in there is cos I already have 300 pink thai sitting in my draw doing nothing.
I'm totally with you on dropping the TKD whilst on DNP, just forgot to mention it.
I would use Fina but I find it quite hard to come by here (UK), and very expensive.
What if I lower the Dbol dosage, drop the test cyp to 500mg p/w, add some prop at 500mg for weeks 10-13 and extend the winny to week 13?
I might be wrong but I think I remember reading somewhere the only difference between a bulking/cutting cycle, is the diet.
I’ve used DNP/T3 at these doses before and had great results, no side effects apart from heat.
Will the DNP work as well if I take out the T3?

Well you're right, diet is the most important factor, however you chose gear that can EASILY aromitize especially in some who are very sensitive to Estrogen conversion. The more estrogen you have the harder it is to lose fat. You may not get gyno or bad H2o retention, but even a slight elevation in est. can supress fat oxidation.

Dnp. from what i have read, T3 does down regulate during dnp usage, however post cycle during your anabolic rebound, your T3 sky rockets back to maintence levels, therefore with dnp there should not be a rebound, given one has their diet down. If you had great results then go for it, who am i to argue what works for you:)

Your cycle alteration makes sence to me, and would give you better results (fat loss). But im not Test guru, so maybe someone else can tweak the final mockup fo you.

T3, DNP, Clen, ECA and 4-5 cardio sessions a week for 45 mins?

Believe it or not but you dont ned that much cardio to burn fat..even at 18% . Sae yourself some $$$ and piece of mind and stick with ECA 2 or 3 times a day and you will lose fat. As you begin to put on muscle with the Cyp and Dbol...your body comp will change and that 18% will drop. Be careful with the water weight...might want to go with some Sust if you can...JMO.
 
It's not 13 straight weeks dude... it's almost like two cycles combined with no time off...

Make sure you get your values checked bro... and load up on the milk thistle... ;)
 
That would make it one long cycle. He is taking 17- aa steroids for 13 weeks straight: D-Bol 1-4
Winny 5-9
D-Bol 10-13
